Community Groups

Community Groups are groups of 8-15 people that meet together around an activity or shared interest. Community Groups vary in how often they meet and what length of time they meet. Read the group description by hovering/clicking on the images to find out the meeting details.

TUESDAY

Location: Journey Coffee One Lake

How often: Most Tuesday’s during the 8 week semester at 6 pm.

Tuesday

Location: Different Restaraunts each month

How often: We meet the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 11:30. 

What does the group do: Meet at various places for lunch

WEDNESDAY

Location: Fujinaka house

Group description: If you care for a loved one, work in palliative or hospice care, or are a home health aide come and fellowship with us once a month. We will enjoy each others company, eat, and support each other as we navigate through these amazing, sometimes difficult times, with our loved ones, friends, or clients.

How often: The first Wednesday of every month at 6:30pm

THURSDAY

Location: FCC church building

How often: Every Thursday afternoon from 1 - 3ish. This group is an ongoing community group.

What does the group do: Bring a crafting project and have some fun connecting with other people!

Location: Varies depending on event

How often: Different times and seasons through out the year

Who’s it for: Senior Individuals (50 & older)
